Facility  Photo Gallery

A brief walking tour of the facility.

Click any picture to see a larger version.

1. Welcome to Nassau Swim Club

Our entrance is located just north of the intersection of CR 500 W and Isanogle Road in Yorktown, IN.

2. Front Gate to the Facility

This is the view of the front gate as one enters from the parking area. Many children bike to the facility on sidewalks from the nearby neighborhoods.

3. Front Gate Check-In

Members and guests check in at the frontgate.

4. Front Gate Check-In

This is the view of check-in from inside the guard shack. Basketballs, volleyballs and other play equipment are available here for members' use on the basketball court, in the sand volleyball pit or on the lawn.

5. Concession Stand

The concession stand is a great place to get a snack, cool treat or just hang out with friends.

6. Picnic Cover

The covered picnic tables are a great place to have a birthday party or family get together.

7. Playground Equipment

The playground has a pea-gravel base and sturdy wooden and metal equipment.

8. Bath House Entrance

Adjacent to the covered picnic area is the main entrance to the pool decks. It contains men's and women's restroom, changing and shower facilities.

9. Bath House Entrance - Pool Side

Just to the left of this picture, near the entrances to the bath house, is a phone so children can stay in touch with their parents.

10. West Sun Deck

With the diving well to the left and the main pool on the right, this is one of three sun decks.

11. West Sun Deck

Another view of the west sun deck; this time looking toward the main pool and the east sun deck beyond.

12. Baby Pool

The baby pool is adjacent to the main pool area, but it is seperately fenced and gated. In the upper left is the covered area serving the baby pool.

13. Main Pool & East Sun Deck

The main pool is a 6-lane by 25 meter pool. At this end it is 3 feet deep and at the other end it is 5-1/2 feet deep.

14. East Sun Deck

Another view of the east sun deck and the cover that provides some shade in this area. The sun deck surface is a perforated PVC tile that drains well and stays cool.

15. East Sun Deck

Another view of the east sun deck taken from a lifeguard's chair. In this picture you can see the tall shrubbery that surround the perimeter fencing to provide wind protection and privacy.

16. Pool & Diving Well

By turning around in the same lifeguard's chair, one can see the main pool, the west sun deck on the left, the diving well and the guard shack in the background.

A view from above.
