Frequently Asked Questions:

What are the goals of the team?

The Nassau Swim Team is designed to teach the fundamentals of competitive swimming.  It is our goal that each child enjoys the thrill of competition, but more importantly, enjoys the thrill of participation!  In a sport where success of a team is dependent upon success of the individual, our goal is to provide a program where every child can improve!  Swimming is about health, fitness, and fun… so let’s work hard and have a lot of fun!
